Compliance gap-closure: manual versus AI

Planned

The question

Getting to HIPAA, SOC 2, or FTC Safeguards readiness is slow, expensive, and mostly documentation. This study asks how much faster an AI-assisted team closes that gap than a team working the standard way.

The method

Lab C takes a synthetic environment we own and brings it to a named standard's readiness twice: once the established way, once AI-assisted, holding the target and the environment identical. We measure time and cost to a readiness we verify in place, not one that is claimed, on the same probe-don't-trust standard we use everywhere.

Time and cost to verified readiness for each arm, the difference between them, and the protocol.
